John Samuel Ahiaba, _HND

John Samuel Ahiaba serves as the Project Design Coordinator at Livebridge Properties. A seasoned architect with over a decade of hands-on experience in the building and construction industry, he brings a wealth of technical and operational expertise to his role.

He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Architecture from the Federal Polytechnic, Nasarawa, and is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects. Known for his result-oriented approach and keen attention to detail, John plays a pivotal role in coordinating project designs and ensuring seamless execution across multiple developments.

John began his professional journey at Sorex Construction Company Ltd, Abuja, where he served as Project Architect and Site Supervisor from 2010 to 2014. He later joined Lumen Deo Ltd as Project Manager, overseeing key projects between 2015 and 2021.

In addition to his role at Livebridge, he currently offers architectural consultancy services to Dundee Nig. Ltd and Monad-Mars Int’l Co. Ltd, contributing his design expertise and project coordination skills to a broad range of developments.

John’s deep industry knowledge, combined with his commitment to quality delivery and collaboration, continues to add significant value to Livebridge’s mission of delivering premium, affordable housing solutions.
