Joy Jacob is a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource professional, currently serving as the Head, Human Resource Management at Livebridge Properties & Investment Ltd. With a passion for people, structure, and organizational excellence, she has built a strong foundation in HR over the years, blending administrative precision with strategic thinking.

Her career spans multiple industries, including HR, Administration, and Customer Service, with previous roles at Systems and Gaming, Active Bolt Business Associate, Biznes Chemistry, and Antocee Pharmaceutical. Through these experiences, Joy developed core competencies in recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, performance management, and organizational development.

Joy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (English) from the University of Port Harcourt and is currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resource Management with the National Open University of Nigeria. She has further strengthened her professional expertise with certifications in Human Resource Management from Alison, Dexter & Heros Consulting, along with training in Project Management and Customer Service Management. She is a member of the International Organization of Management Professionals (IOMP) and the Nigerian Institute of Human Resources Professionals (NIHRP).

Known for her integrity, adaptability, and people-centred leadership, Joy brings a values-driven approach to every task.
