Obinna F. Nwaneri is a seasoned business executive and dynamic leader with over 17 years of diversified experience across banking, professional services, real estate, project management, finance, and consultancy. A graduate of Psychology, he also holds a Postgraduate Diploma and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA - General). He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Loan & Risk Management of Nigeria (MCILRM) and the Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM).

He began his professional journey at Zenith Bank Plc, where he gained extensive experience in banking operations, loan structuring, and risk management. Over the years, Obinna has developed core competencies in structured trade finance, infrastructure development, mortgage financing, business development, and turnaround strategy implementation.

As a results-driven management consultant, he has advised both large corporates and SMEs, consistently delivering value through high professional standards and practical, performance-focused solutions.

In 2014, Obinna ventured into the real estate industry, founding Livebridge Properties & Investment Ltd, where he currently serves as Chairman/CEO. He is also the Founder and Chairman of Dallas & Meyers Int’l Ltd, and leads several subsidiaries under the Livebridge Group Ltd, including:
