Alice Ejembi is the Head of Operations at Livebridge Properties. A results-oriented and dedicated professional, Alice brings over five years of experience across key roles in Human Resources, Customer Service, Sales, Administration, and Operations Management. Her career reflects a strong commitment to organizational growth and operational excellence.
Before joining Livebridge Properties, Alice gained valuable experience in the banking and manufacturing sector, she began her career at Unity Bank as a Sales and Customer Service Officer, where she honed her communication and problem-solving skills.
She later served as a Financial Controller for a renowned distributor for the Nigeria breweries, gaining valuable experience in financial oversight and process optimization.
Currently, serving as the Operations Manager and Customer Service at Livebridge Properties, where she drives strategic initiatives to enhance customer experience and streamline service delivery, equipping her with a solid experience in professionalism, customer and employee relations, customer retention, operational efficiency and administrative effectiveness.
She holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Mkar and has acquired extensive on-the-job experience, particularly during her tenure as Operations Supervisor at Livebridge Properties & Investment Ltd between 2023 and 2024. Her leadership and people management skills have significantly contributed to the company’s success and strategic objectives.
